number of candidates in the week starting 3 August 2009 which is 6 }" `* G+ S& R: C! s3 K designed to show postholders what the job of a Patent Attorney : @7 S6 g; j$ g- A$ t9 y really entails. Successful candidates will receive first hand ! Q! A2 p1 ~ u experience dealing with the UK Patent Office on high tech matters 0 N4 G6 d7 A, }4 m( G( t within their own field and will be shown the basics of patent / O6 ^6 e* i4 d1 z4 v; d' k drafting. Finally, successful candidates will handle a ) C! _4 w; {& ^3 U4 h* u contentious matter using skills learnt over the course of the & C/ w* |/ W& @/ b0 t4 q& L7 x0 g
