The ideal candidate must have university qualifications in business or , L6 j% Y/ `. j( Q' m2 ?
management. She / he will have a good understanding of traditional ! q9 }) i) W, _& k; e. WChinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in 4 S8 G, T' X( t* K6 x5 Ecommunication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills. ( H* H+ E. h6 n. T 4 N/ ?: I9 l. B$ _9 [$ E8 [Previous experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential. 2 O* A9 N6 ]! J# J; b- j& P9 A9 s. vMain duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book- $ W2 W, n0 ]- m4 w6 Mkeeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s 7 q0 N5 x: o6 @. W& o$ [8 gprescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in a good order 6 r9 ]5 j4 s$ w/ Y3 mand offering assistance to the doctor as required. b4 S% w% E7 p
The post holder will work very closely with the Head Office in the overall- W6 O9 b2 B) X8 @5 T
