The ideal candidate must have university qualifications in business or # F: g, i: n: `0 M- {$ {' ]4 v9 V: Bmanagement. She / he will have a good understanding of traditional ( o7 b0 u* {9 S/ P
Chinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in 5 F2 J7 R( C( `& Ncommunication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills. 8 g8 S* f( r" |0 S [; q) \1 p9 ~8 k' i1 ~( |. l$ l- {; ?. c
Previous experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential. % ^6 n$ k$ P A& k3 @! _Main duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book- ! d2 b6 f, v, O0 C! m) u: V5 v Dkeeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s x* D0 ]' c; o! x2 C. s
prescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in a good order : l/ U, Z0 [9 \' a+ [9 Y! g6 P& Dand offering assistance to the doctor as required.9 n7 h. @0 A0 \1 p1 X, x+ d( a0 J
The post holder will work very closely with the Head Office in the overall$ P! z8 e4 B# R* W
business activities of the company, particularly in the promotion of trade.% T/ ~" T* G! r$ C3 r; r3 u
