customers. 8 S$ p$ }3 j) lThe ideal candidate must have university qualifications in business or , d6 @7 F1 p/ u$ E/ `9 i8 kmanagement. She / he will have a good understanding of traditional 3 |1 N4 A9 M, ], |Chinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in , b& e) Q8 O2 p7 K* L" x9 k0 V
communication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills.$ r# Y: D" _, w E/ o: r% c

Previous experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential. 7 X @* u- H. r% EMain duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book-% r' \4 X- f4 J9 h
keeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s & O) G% l& N! b4 h6 e& q* aprescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in a good order : ]* z) B! l( _1 w+ `4 Oand offering assistance to the doctor as required.; g( z; v+ k8 p/ R
The post holder will work very closely with the Head Office in the overall : O+ ?7 |1 o6 }& w3 I0 E/ O$ T/ a( bbusiness activities of the company, particularly in the promotion of trade. _7 m9 V6 I3 J; c4 u; G N
