Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions & Y, o: d n% o, v
Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates; : A: c! g5 u. h- C& b0 m4 j Help consultant to set target companies list for each case. " o0 J- K6 L" f6 f& u Arrange face to face interview; ' g3 f3 t A6 L/ O+ [9 J' Z- {
