To ensure the smooth running of the library, the School intends to recruit a library administrator. The job will start in September 2007. The wage will be round 20 pounds per week. # v& v9 i6 Z. Keeping the school library open for most Sundays during term time from 11am to 1pm; 8 o/ f5 Q* b6 ]o 3 g8 T, R% x0 F/ [Helping on setting up an effective library procedure for borrowing and returning books;% p% U( I: k, y# ~
o 3 X6 P2 T) U1 N# w" pLiaise with the Head teacher to ensure stock maintenance for weekly need, including carrying small number of books between the school and storing place every week; 5 p) d4 G" R* n8 W! co! g2 j% J$ N n. T
Dealing with customer enquiries such as book reservation, renewal and other general queries relating to the library stock via email and/or on Sundays at School desk, and retrieve the requested item accordingly! h3 R1 O& o/ h" a6 |+ G$ @

Undertaking limited cash handling (e.g. fines) # v1 f( [$ a& H: Z' `% E& K6 H4 ]# G Ho. H u3 d& J+ j% M9 C

be reliable, responsible and friendly, having attention to details 9 d/ X; b7 C- r+ j- ?o 8 T. w9 t: T Vhave ability to work under pressure and with limited or no immediate supervision; ; e) W* k5 G9 p8 \0 y! d. F
