Opportunities are available to work full time during the summer holidays only, or summer holidays full time and then part time for vacation periods. Duties include: being the primary point of contact for Barclays customers, delivering a high quality effective telephone banking service and contributing to the development of a high performance and highly empowered, Contact Centre. This is an inbound telephony based role. Shifts are rotational over a 7 day week between 8am - 9pm with a late Shift from 1pm - 9pm or 11am - 7pm. Some weekend work may be required. 8 ^, |6 g/ L: ?3 D/ C4 g; v+ Z+ V( d
