有哪位了解 英国皇家采购与供应学会CIPS？这个机构是否存在？是否与上海的某所学校有合作关系？？？

you will find out more, especially in section of "study & qualify", you will easily find out 6 institutes in China has co-operations with CIPS, 2 of them locates in Beijing, and the rest 4 are locating in the city of Hong Kong. ! p8 B& S4 v: N' a3 t, V# C

Not quite sure about Shanghai, however there's no doubt about the reality of CIPS at all.
