We know that some students have been refused their Tier 1 – Post Study
Work visas because the Home office has not accepted the confirmation. |  n" r5 `# ^
of award letter issued by the Student Services Centre as proof of the% {% J. O: d  ~2 [* n# q3 ^( X
student's award. We wrote to the Home Office about this issue and they1 [4 c. N9 [$ P% S& C
have now confirmed that our confirmation of award letter (the version* y& Y' i7 \5 F- K7 n8 [# G' _
issued in or after November) is sufficient proof that a student has- M' [, x! N2 O7 T3 S  N
been awarded their degree. They have also agreed to reconsider( ~( k' |5 ]0 K
students' applications which were refused on this basis.

If you have had your Tier 1 – Post Study Work application solely
refused because the Home Office did not accept the validity of the
confirmation of award letter issued by us then you need to come to the" }* P. R& I" f" u( P. d
Student Services Centre to speak to a member of the International
Advice Team. You also need to bring in your refusal notice and the4 [: a# {2 ]1 z# ]
confirmation of award letter that you submitted as part of your0 f+ X" V% u  f
original application. In order to do this you must ring us on 0161 275) ^% ~3 T+ ?/ f2 J7 d4 g
5000 (Option 1) to make an appointment to see a member of the: P& R1 o+ {6 }( i- p8 X- A
International Advice Team.8 R' x* ?/ w  _1 @2 e

NB – We cannot advise you if you do not bring in your refusal notice
and the confirmation of award letter you submitted with your original( H( h5 K$ L8 S* V* L5 C. e
application.

我也是交的学校的确认信,但是同时提交毕业证书.我是在拿到毕业证书后申请的, 我是不是不属于这个范围.....???????????: O! Y5 r( L9 ^) `2 N; q1 E

你说的是没有毕业证就着急签的那些人,是不是............
